Hi,
I have worked for many years with the PowerInspect Versions 2010-2012. The biggest advantage of PowerInspect was the possibility to create programs fully offline. That means, I was able to add a "probed plane" and related Circles/Lines without connection to the CMM. When you work mainly with manual CMMs, such as Nikon MCAx, Faro Edge or Hexagon Romer, then you don't want to run arouind the table and play ping pong (add element, switch to the arm and measure, add next element, switch to the arm etc.).
Coming back to my Problem: Is it my fault or did Autodesk delete the possibility of offline programming probed planes? I cannot create a probed plane without to measure it immediately.
Any ideas of how to do this offline (without arm connection) ?
If this is the new strategy of Autodesk, then they have deleted one of the biggest advantages of Power-Inspect.
