If you add a thread to a chamfered hole the thread is not formed correctly, it will leave an undercut. There are a couple of workarounds, the easiest is to make a cosmetic thread first, add the chamfer after the thread, then edit the thread feature and change to modeled.
Here's a screencast to demonstrate. The first thread is added to a chamfered hole, this will not work if you try and 3d print, the second is a modeled threaded then chamfered.
