Adding points to BOTTOM of pipe in Revit

I am trying to add points to the BOTTOM of a pipe. Despite checking the box 'Bottom/End' under 'Marking Style' I still get points at the center of the pipe. Any advice or help with this?

Bhorning, those marking style values are actually meant to indicate top/bottom for vertical pipe, or Start/End for horizontal, not whether the point is placed offset based on the diameter.  What you are describing is unfortunately not an option currently when marking pipe.
