Here are the licensing terms and conditions for subscription, please note that those documents are the final say. By what you are saying, I do not see any issue with still using models you have created while under subscription, being able to access/alter them though, while not under subscription may present an issue for you.
Hi @Anonymous, thanks for your question! I believe that I understand your question to be this "if I own a Desktop Subscription license of 3ds Max, do I have the rights to the sell the assets I create from using that license during my active term?” My answer would be that the Desktop Subscription license itself has no bearing on your ability to sell the assets you create when using the product. You would have the same rights to what you create as you would from a perpetual license.
