why modeless dialog in cad can't receive Broadcasting Messages from other program?

I use "ON_REGISTERED_MESSAGE" to regist in a modeless dialog in cad,but it can only receive Broadcasting Messages from other program when the cad is cad 2013, and it can't receive when cad is above 2014 ,why is it

Looks like newer AutoCAD versions don't pass the message on to the modeless dialog.

Have you tried to use acedRegisterFilterWinMsg()  or  acedRegisterWatchWinMsg()  in your application?

Maybe you can catch the message and pass it on to your modeless dialog.
