using VS2017 to develop objectarx2014 missing DocumentWindowCollection.add

I am using MS VS2017 to develop arx2014, but can not find the function of Application.DocumentWindowCollection.AddDocumentWindow, warning syntax error.

What's wrong with my application?

And the same error occurs while developping Objectarx2014 with VS2012.

The API is introduced in .NET ObjectARX for AutoCAD 2015, please use ObjectARX SDK for AutoCAD 2015.
