One of the DBX files loads the other? Are they all compiled in debug mode?
At what point does it actually throw that error? Is it on an acrxLoadModule
call for the DBX, or is it sometime later? Have you tried just loading the
offending module by itself, from an essentially empty ARX?
Though i can't specifically tell what's happening, one of the best pieces of
advice i can give is to simplify. If a module isn't loading correctly, and
you can't seem to figure out why, copy the project and gut it to the bare
minimum. Once you've got it loading, start adding pieces back in until you
get the error. Clearly, this can be a time consuming process - but if
you've exhausted all other options, this is something to try.

In my project Main Arx will load two dbx files and three Arx file. first i
am loading two dbx files first one dbx file is loading fine and second
dbx file (this) is using first dbx Object file library .
This Debug mode is working fine for first dbx file. After loading the
second dbx file, Debug mode is not working this second dbx file and
remaining Arx file.
i think problems is in second dbx file. I am unable to find problem.
