ObjectArx Wizard 2013 don't create project.

My Visual Studio is Chinese edition,message don' t show project.file'character when ObjectArx Wizard 2013 create project.I think that is character set question,because of my objectArx wizard UI 'character is unusual.who can help me,thank you.
