ObjectARX Developer's Guide in PDF form

I'd like to know if the information in the "ObjectARX Developer's Guide" (https://help.autodesk.com/view/OARX/2024/ENU/?guid=GUID-9B4F6629-8B7D-460B-802B-6D2C25966994) is availiable as PDF format somewhere, to print and annotate.

So far I only found a PDF from the year 1999 which is what I'm looking for but might be very outdated:

It should not be with the new version of the pdf file.

I made a 2014 version of the word file.

Actually, it hasn't changed much.
