How to get the entity when mouse over the entity

Entity will be automatically highlighted when mouse over the entity. I want to get the entity when it is highlighted. I don't know how to react the highlight event. Any assistance will be appreciated.

Take a look at the AcEdInputPointMonitor class. There is also a sample that
shows how to use it.
