How to create a CDialogBar?

Hello,

I am a Newbie in Arx-programming. In SDI or MDI apllications I could use the assistant to create a CDialogbar easily. But in Arx I have no class whichs descends from a CFrameWnd class.
So how could I create a CDialogBar without using the assistant.
Could somebody explain it to me? Or give code examples?
