The simulation utility does not launch any simulation on the cloud

The software raises an error message ("error starting costing") when an analysis is sent to solve on the cloud.

Welcome to the Netfabb forum! Sorry to hear that you are running into problems running your simulation on the cloud. This technology preview functionality is currently undergoing some maintenance, but it will return.

Hi @Anonymous,,

 

We've just released Autodesk Netfabb 2018.2. This version should resolve the costing issue that you were experiencing previously. The update can be found either in the Autodesk Desktop App or from the Autodesk Account portal.
