Replacing/updating part already selected??

Is there a feature to replace an already selected part with a modified part or different part? Thanks

Hello,

The simple-sounding requirement of "replacing a part" has always been highly circumstantial and difficult to universalise into a command that doesn't help just a few individual users and applications, especially where the input data is little else than a collection of dumb triangles. As such, there is no easy, one-click solution to such a request in Netfabb.

The closest to this would probably be the various functions of the Align command.

     I bit the bullet and redid the part layout with the correct updated part, figuring it'd be less of a headache trying to reconfigure everything, for now. Maybe down the line when I'm a little more proficient, I may try a trial run of part swapping. Again, thank you for your time and help. Les
