AutoDesk Netfabb beginner support

Hello,

we have some questions as we are using the Autodesk Netfabb Standard 2020 software for our Rapidshape D20+ 3D Printer.

We need some help on how to tweak and customize the Supports manually.
and also we need some help on how to add or register third party resins/materials on the material library.

We really hope that you can help us on this matter. Your help is highly appreciated.

The functions around the Rapid Shape machines are developed entirely by Rapid Shape. Please direct these questions to their support.
