Adding labels to parts in the build causes non-manifold erros

Hi

When using the Netfabb function to add part labels to my parts in the build platform it results in non-manifold errors and I cant run any simulation to bring the parts.

What is causing this?

How can I ensure it doesn't happen again?

Is there an alternative way to add labels to parts that wont cause this error?

Hello,

This can rarely happen when the triangle densities are significantly different between surface to label and the label itself. I suggest you remesh the patch where the label is supposed to go to a finer resolution before applying the label.
