Probleme With TraceBoundary and Region.createFromCurves

Hi,

I have a function with traceBoundary and than i use the Region.CreateFromCurves Method.

This make me an eInvalidInput Error.

This is only in one case (see attach) wenn I Click the left (Blue) Region.

The Problem come from the Line (Red). Autocad can't execute the Region.CreateFromCurves.

I don't know waht I can do to correct this.

Have you any Idea.

I give you my Method (Merge.txt) 

With Bricscad I don't have any Error only Autocad
