How to get part reference attached to block?

I want to get BOMmgr.GetPartData(PartAttachedToBlock) using C# .net.

When I attach PartReference" to "BlockRefererence the block becomes AcDbBlockReference but I am struggling to get part data attached to block.

Could someone please help me how to do it?

I have attached drawing and screen shot.
Drawing got a Block "4" which contains Block "3" (Block 3 has part reference attached to it)
