where to start with jigs?

can someone link me to a beginner refference for jigs?
Hopefully a text that goes in depth.

So far I've found a few articles on through-the-interface.typepad.com and spiderinnet1.typepad.com

but those are mostly pure code... while I hope someone could offer me more descriptive guide on what's actually going on with jigs.

This devtv archive has a list of the devtv sessions. About 3/4 down is one on programming jigs.

I tried them already...

but for some reason I couldnt view the videos in first 3-4 "jigs" zips. Tried playing them on media player, media player classic, bsplayer... and on different PC before I gave up.

not sure what codec they used to record these 😞
