Run assembly on another computer

On my PC all work fine. But when I try to run it on another computer I face some problems. 1st was to add to acad.exe.config 

<loadFromRemoteSources  
   enabled="true|false"/>

 Then to subsitute references to dlls of Autocad (though this references were made "Copy Local").

Now my dll with my code is netloaded ok, but when I use method from there there is exception

With Fuslogw.exe I get this bind failure

I see your DLL is built in .NET 4.0, but you're attempting to run this in AutoCAD 2015. 2015 uses .NET 4.5.

The first thing I would check are your references within your DLL, are they referencing earlier version of AutoCAD DLLs? (I.E. .NET 4.0 assemblies) If so, you'll need to update your assemblies to use the .NET 4.5 assemblies utilized in AutoCAD 2015 and higher. I'd even go so far, for sanity sake, as to build your DLL in 4.5 as well.

I build my dll with target .Net 4.5

I added references from Autocad folder. In properties it is seen that all my references has Runtime version v4.0.30319 in spite of build target 4.5 or 4.6.1 .As I understand runtime version is the lowest version of CLR you need to use it. And version is just the number developer gave to dll like model number.

I also don't understand the following: if I make "Copy Local = True" for reference why in all this logs these dlls are searched not in the folder of project but in GAC?

There are things in your description quite not clear:

1. What does "Run on another computer" excatly mean? The DLL of your created is copied to another computer's local drive, or the other computer's AutoCAD loads the DLL from a network folder/drive? The <loadFromRemoteSource.../> in acad.exe.cofig only takes effect when the dll is loaded from location outside the running computer (network folder/drive). If the DLL files is "copied" to the other computer, how does the coying do: simply copied between computer via internal network? With a USB drive? Sending via email/the Internet? If it is sent to the other computer via email/Internet, the DLL would be flagged as "unsafe" and is locked. You need to unlock it before it is used in AutoCAD.

2. About "Copy Local". Which DLLs you are referring to? If it is AutoCAD PIA (accoremgd/acmgd/acdbmgd.dll), they should always be set to "False". If it is your DLL, "Copy Local" to True/False have no effect, because the DLL needs to be "NETLOADED" into AutoCAD no matter where the DLL is located.

So, you need to give more detailed description than a error message picture and let everyone guess what you did.

Dll is sent via skype. As I know it's flagged as "unsafe" but don't know how to remove this flag. In properties? So I added <loadFromRemoteSource.../> to acad.exe.config to allow all unsafe dll.

So dll is sent. On another computer Autocad runs and netload this dll.

I also rebuild my dll on another computer with references to installed Autocad dlls.

And I have problem with reflection namespace as described earlier. When I run method it firstly load outer dwg file, draws it and then I get exception. So part of the code works.

To unlock a file flagged as "unsafe" due to being sent via the Internet, saving the file to disk/drive, right-click it and select "Proeprties", In the "Properties" dialog box, at bottom of "General" tab, there should be a button "Unlock". Click it to unlock (as long as you know exactly the file is from/for).
