You have to install *something* that reads the DWG file and prints it (unless you're willing to go a cloud route e.g. Forge). That will either be AutoCAD, or DWG Trueview, or some other application.

Besides what @dgorsman has said, you might want to look into Autodesk's Forge cloud services to do that.
