Is there any way of getting faces from a surface? I know that mesh gives out faces, but surfaces have U and V isolines. Can i somehow access each individual mesh of a surface?

You say "it is for Mesh" - and that you need Surfaces:  Can you elaborate on what you require?

Here I am attaching a dwg file. First I have a solid. I converted that solid to surface(second one). Can I access individual meshes of that surface?

Sorry.  I got pulled away from the desk for the day.

I guess I'm still a little confused.  That surface, or any surface for that matter, looks like it has a mesh associated with it but those are just isolines -  screen elements to help visualize the surface.  The quantity of which can be increased or decreased at will via the Isoline property of that surface.

Mesh elements can be created to conform to the surface, but they are not there by default.  They can be generated via some similar method to that used in the link previously posted

I suppose I should add that AutoCAD's graphic system will generate a mesh for use with the "shaded" viewports.  As far as I know, though,  they are not immediately available for analysis.
