You must set in VS 2010
1)project property
2)debug
3)start action to the acad.exe programm.
and then make F5.
Your solution open acad.exe and when it is load ,you must make NETLOAD
your dll.

Is it possible to start Autocad and then attach to the process from Vs 2010?
I have Autocad Map 2010 and Visual Studio 2010.
I can debug if I start the program from vs 2010 (F5).
But if I
1) start Autocad
2) netload myApplication
3) Debug->Attach to process (Autocad)
4) Run the program from the Command Line.
Autocad do not Respond.
