AutoCAD .NET Wizards for AutoCAD 2014 for Visual Studio Express 2013

Could I use AutoCAD .NET Wizards for AutoCAD 2014 for Visual Studio 2012 in Visual Studio Express 2013 ?

On MS download site there is no VSE 2012 but Visual Studio Express 2012 for Windows Phone (and I suppose this one is not suitable for developing AutoCAD application ?), all other versions are 2013.

(For a few days no answer on another forum, so trying my luck on this one...)

FWIW -

I've been using Visual Studio 2010, and 2012 for AutoCAD development without issue. I've not yet tried 2013, so I cannot offer any comment.
