Zero quantities

Hello! I would like to know how to overcome the following situation:

I have a road project in civil 3D that i extracted the solids and imported in Navisworks Manage 2018.

When I takeoff the quantities, all values like lenght, volume, are zero.

I´m using the english version.

Could you give a screenshot of your example properties of element (tab "Element")

I´m importing from civil 3d solids and it seems that navisworks isn´t recognizing the geometry of the solids.

and i have different tabs in my object properties.

As I can see you can quantity only volume. If you want know how do this let me know.

For road infrastructure it would be fine to have volume and area. If you could send some light over the topic, i wolud be thankful.

Thank you very much!! now I can have the volumes. Based on your answer and in what i could see in "map item rules", for those type of objects i can´t get the lenght and area. is that correct?

You can quantity only value from tabs in properties. So if there aren't for example area and length, that is problem with your civil, no with navisworks.
