Very weird bug / error on position of roof

Greetings. I have been using Navisworks for almost 10 years and today I got a very suprising bug whilst exporting a revit coordination model with links to NWC.

For some reason, the roof the building is suddenly located 20m below it's initial position. The roof hasn't been changed on Revit. Any ideas on how to fix this ? It's really weird I've never seen this before !

Before : In Revit :
BEFORE : In RevitBEFORE : In Revit

After : In Navisworks !

AFTER : In NavisworksAFTER : In Navisworks

I'm really suprised and stumped to be honest.

Hello,

Thanks for posting to the forums. We are not aware of any issues like this.

Can you provide the versions you are using;

Revit version:

Navisworks version:

Exporter version:

Revit version : 2023.1.2
Navisworks manage version : 21.0.1397.16

Exporter version : 20.2.139345

What's weird is that I have had 0 problems on all my projects up until this particular revit file, that was working fine 6 days ago. It really makes no sense.

Hmmm, very odd.

Can you raise a support ticket please. I'd be keen for the team to look at this further and see specifically in your environment what is going on/changed.

Sure I can do this.  Do I create a suppor ticket directly from Navisworks software ?

Thanks,
