[Request] Manage 2026: Automatically append file name and open file location when publishing NWD

When using the "Publish NWD" command, having the file name of the NWF automatically appended rather than being blank would save a few clicks each time you publish a new version. Additionally, it would save time if the target folder could open in the same place where the NWF is stored.
