I just used Home tab/Select Same/Select Same Geometries on a few models with Navisworks 2026.
I was expecting this to find the instanced geometries, aka the exact same geometries.
Instead it seems to select all items that have the same ""Geometry properties", aka same count of primitives, and same primitives types?!?!
Which does not really guarantee those are the same geometries, those can be totally different shapes and just happen to have the same number/type of primitives!
Am I misunderstanding something?
PS: I checked with Navisworks 2023 and same behaviour.
