NWD File Stuck on Loading

Im using Autodesk viewer and when I try to upload a particular NWD file (other files work) it stays stuck on the loading circle forever and never loads. Ive tried clearing cookies, incognito mode, different browser. Nothing works. Its only 12mB so not a big file.

Hello, and welcome! Are you able to view other files from Navisworks with no trouble, or are all .nwd file failing for you?

Hello

Yes, I can view other nwd files. It’s just this one file that isn’t working. My colleagues can view it, so I don’t think it's a problem with the file.
