I installed the Navisworks Simulate free trial for a user to test some weeks back.
We have since bought the full version however when I try install it on that user's PC, Simulate won't install because it detects the installed trial version.
I have uninstalled it, and all references to Simulate 2014. I have even deleted the install directory it was installed in. Still I can't get the full version to install.
Can anyone offer any advice on how to completely remove the trial version?
