Navisworks read only some PDMS proprieties

hi all,
i exported from AVEVA E3D an .rvm  file with his .txt.
Saved them with the same name in the same folder, like usual.
Unfortunately just some elements of the project got the PDMS proprieties, while others didn't.
For example,  a piping support got the proprieties, while another virtually identical support didn't.
I checked the .txt file and the prop for that specific support are there, they just don't appear in  Navisworks.
I'm using Simulate 2017 and E3D 2.1
Can someone help me?
