Navisworks Animation Object Manipulation Tool Off Center of Object

I've been using the navisworks animator and scripting but the objects I'm key framing no longer have the "translate animation set" or "rotate animation set" zeroed in on the object but its placed where the object originally came from. Is there a fix for this?

I would like to help you with your issue.  Could you upload a Screencast with the workflow showing what you are experiencing?  If you are not familiar with it, you can download Screencast here and share the link after creating a video.  

Better yet, you could also upload a simplified version of your file here (unless it is confidential) so that I may investigate what is happening.
