Navisworks and C3D are not working PROPERLY

Hello friends, I'm reaching out to this forum because I'm stuck. I've reviewed many posts about similar problems, but none offer a solution.
I'm sharing two screenshots and the C3D file, which has a cropped surface.
Due to confidentiality,I can't share the entire file, but the problem is the same whether it's cropped or not. It looks correct in the C3D viewer, but when I import it into NWD, the problem appears, and it looks like the image.
When I change the view type, it looks fine. I've already tried resetting it to zero, modifying the import options, regenerating it, and even changing import types (direct, NWDout, etc.).
It's important that it displays correctly in render mode. Wireframe mode in NWD isn't suitable for my needs.
If you require more information, I'm using version 2023 in both programs.
