I'm running a bit of a roadblock with Navisworks 2026 and the Coordination Issues Add-in.
The Goal: I want to group my clashes in Navisworks and export them to ACC as issues so my team can see the specific clash groups in the cloud.
The Problem: The "Create Groups" button is completely missing from my Coordination tab. I’ve checked my ribbon settings, and the panel just isn’t appearing. Currently, if I manually group in the Clash Detective and push to ACC, it only creates a single issue, making it hard for the team to see the individual details within that group without opening Navisworks.
What I've tried;
1. Restarting Navisworks.
2.Checking for updates
3. Ensuring the Coordination ribbon is fully expanded
Is anyone else seeing this in the 2026 version? Is this a known UI glitch, or has the workflow for grouping moved to a different area?
