I downloaded Navisworks Manage 2013 and it says that I need Service Pack 2 because I'm using XP. I downloaded service pack 2 and my computer says unknown publisher and it won't let me open Navisworks 2013. Can you help?

This only links to Freedom 2014. Where can you find Freedom 2013?
