Missing model in NW manage

Hi

I have a problem with NavisWorks Manage not showing all the models i have put in.

The model(assembly) is shown correctly in Inventor, but is only partial shown in NW Manage.

What is going on here?

See pics below

Best regards

In Navisworks, did you specifiy the Inventor Project folder ?
Navisworks -> Opotions -> File Reader
Active Project should hold the value of your *.IPJ file.

After setting it, close Navisworks and re-open your NWF or Inventor Assembly.

Hi Patrick

Yes, the project file path is set correct.

I´m thinking incomplete views - is there any options that can make views act like this, ex. some partial view-option?

We are roockies in Navisworks, so there could easyli be an option we've missed.

Are the missing parts copied instances in Inventor ?
Are the missing parts set visible in the Inventor assembly that you append in Navisworks ?

Have a look at the Scene Statistics report under the Project panel (Home tab) - this will identify any errors on import.

Have a look at the Selection Tree - are the objects listed there but not shown?  If so check the Mode setting under the Render Style panel (Viewpoint tab) is set as "Shaded" and not "Full render".
