Installed the trial, getting error message that I'm not authorized to use part o

I have installed the 30-day trial.... but get the following message when I try to use NavisWorks Manage:

You do not have suitable BIM360 Authorization to use this product.

We are trying to prove out that this can work for us... and the clock is ticking on this trial already... I need help.
