Imported FBX File Displays low poly textures

I've used a software called 3D Zephyr to get a model of google maps using photogrammetry. I cropped the file using blender, saved it as an FBX file with textures and appended it on Navisworks Manage 2024. It seems that Navis wont display the right textures. I've turned off compress geometry and it helped but still wont get the same quality as the original file.

Navis on the left and Blender on the right

How can I get the same quality as displayed on blender to Navisworks?

Thank you in advance!

I have had similar problems with Navisworks.  My solutions is always to open up in 3ds and create a material and apply to the object verifying the created bitmap is mapping correctly through the bitmap channel.  If it is, re-export .FBX embedding materials (export settings).

This is te way.

But sadly the ACC-viewer still compresses the file which makes the quality in de ACC-viewer not workable
