Hello! I am searching a solution to read/parse your format NWD. It is nescessary for development of converter from NWD format to my specific format.
Is there any solution or possibility to realize it? May be there is any 3-rd party company which manages it.
Thanks.
With respects, Eugene.

The main purpose of NWD file is to enable file sharing in a secured/non-editable format. However, depending on the specific file format you need and software you’re using, you can export it to FBX format or attach it as a coordination model in AutoCAD/Revit. But there’s no 3rd party tools to convert NWDs into another editable format.

So, It means it is impossible to parse NWD format without installed Navisworks?

If I really need to get possibility of converting what the cheapest license I can use to get possibility of converting?

Thanks.

FYI, you shouldn't rely on geometrically accurate information from NWD files.  They are converted to facets for performance purposes, resulting in some minor tolerance reduction (the program intended for review, not fabrication or drawing production, or file type conversion).

As noted the NWD file spec is not open or publicly available.  In order to do anything, you'll need to have access to a Simulate or Manage license, or a developers license (have a look at Autodesk Developers Network aka "ADN").  Either way, end users will still require a Simulate or Manage license.
