FBX Export - Navisworks 2023

Hi all,

In Navisworks 2023 the FBX Export is exporting everything relocated and stacked on the same coordinates (0,0,0) with the same orientation.

I have duplicated the settings from Navisworks 2022 and Navisworks 2022 is performing as expected (objects in correct location and orientation).

Has anyone else found any issues with Navis 2023 and FBX Exports?

Just out of curiosity., have you checked the coordinates of your model in Navisworks prior to the export to FBX?

Hi Patrick,

Yes, I have.

In Navis 2021 the elements exports to the correct location but 2022 and 2023 do not.

I asked a team member if they could replicate your problem and they found the same issue. We submitted a support ticket to Adsk on this.

go to manage.autodesk.com. On the Home, top center you should see something like below

Click on Support cases. that will take you to the location to create a ticket.

Hi everybody,

what is the status of this topic?
I have the same problems as @matthewobrn for Manage '22 and '23.

Do I have to contact the support or will there be a bugfixing in one of the next updates?
