Design Options not appearing when exporting Revit 2022 to Navisworks

Dealing with a frustrating issue this morning. I have a beginner experience level to Navis, and I have been using it for Coordinating HVAC systems for my job. 

As of yesterday, Navis was no longer exporting the ARCH portion of my model, specifically an area that was designed under a "Design Option" in Revit. I ran into this issue when I first started the job, but switching the design option from "Main Model" to my desired option and then exporting it fixed the issue. That solution is no longer working.

I have tried creating a new Navis file (rather than updating the previous model), uninstalled/reinstalled the Navis Exporter Utility, using a newer Navisworks program, and I have tried switching around the Navisworks exporter configuration settings as well.
