Clash Detective crashes Navisworks

I am running Navisworks Manage 2021 Version: 18.0.1347.51 and every time I load a model and click the Clash Detective the software crashes. Does anyone have any insight or suggestions as to why this is happening? I've included the dmpuserinfo xml, dupdata zip, and a video of the crash happening.

I apologize for not looking at the video before responding. Have you tried loading in one of the sample projects that come with Revit? The reason I am asking is trying to determine if this is a model issue or an install issue.

 

I am guessing this will turn out to be something wrong with the install, but checking the models first is the easy fix.

@PatrickDavis20 turns out it is an add on application that is causing the crash. I have consulted with our partners who provide this add on application and they are providing me with an updated dll for this add on that will clear up this issue. Thank you for your input.

Commercial or custom product?  If the former, do you mind mentioning the product name?

The product is a custom product designed by our software engineers. It's called ShipExplorer. It connects to a shipbuilding tool set called ShipConstructor and allows the user to explore ship designs within the Navisworks application by connecting to the SQL database of the ShipConstructor software.
