cannot open files inside navisworks

can you please help me, because now i have some problem wI have a problem with Naviswork, when I launch it, it gives me a blank page in it, even when I try to take files from the desktop to work with it.

What file types you are trying to open in NW?

Are there any error message displayed?

Which Navisworks product are you using?  Freedom,  Simulate, or Manage?

for example NWD, NWF ( when I try to open them naviswork gives me a white interior from which I do nothing and see.)

Could be an “extreme extents” issue. Have you tried to right click any item in the Selection Tree then Focus on item?

already that I can't have the preview of the image so focusing on the element is very hard (if not impossible)

What @a_meteni is suggesting is that you select an item/element (not a full model) from the Selection Tree, Right Click and choose Focus on Item.  This should show if anything has actually been imported and if the problem is related to large/extreme extents of the geometry in the file(s).
