To adjust the speed for the current viewpoint:

  1. Click Viewpoint > Edit Current Viewpoint.
  2. Change the Default Linear Speed value as required. This is the straight "Linear" movement.
  3. Change the Default Angular Speed value. This is the turning, pivot, movement.
  4. Click “OK”.

To adjust the settings for a saved viewpoint's camera speed:

  1. Right-click the viewpoint in the Saved Viewpoints control bar.
  2. Select Edit.
  3. Change the Default Linear Speed value as required. This is the straight "Linear" movement.
  4. Change the Default Angular Speed value. This is the turning, pivot, movement.
  5. Click “OK”.

To change the default camera speed for new Autodesk Navisworks sessions:

  1. Click tools > Global Options > Interface > Viewpoint Defaults.
  2. Check the Override Linear Speed box.

I figured it out now by using the Animation/Add Camera/from current viewpoint animation you can adjust all the times from here.
