Allow Navisworks to work with NWD, BIM 360 and ACC Docs

A couple of issues with the Navisworks Data Tools and the latest technology. 

1. We need Data Tools to work with NWD files.  Many times the only thing we have is an NWD model from a vendor/engineering partner to work with.  Data Tools simply does not work when an NWD is appended into a master NWF file.  This is a must to get working.
2. When setting up a Data Tools to Excel there currently is no option to recognize the Desktop Connector to set a data source.  You can try to copy/paste a long file path from the file explorer and sometimes it works and sometimes it does not.

Moving forward with today's technology we must have these options at a minimum.
