2024 Update - Batch Utility question

It appears that the 2024 update that was released last month breaks the Batch convert utility. It no longer works with the update installed.

Thanks for posting about this. We are not aware of this happening more widely. Can you provide more details.

Can you confirm whether you are using the in product version or the enhanced version. Also please provide screenshots/videos/details on what is happening.

Pretty simple. Open Navisworks, click on Batch Convert. Click the run button, the progress bar box flashes on the screen about 7 times, then nothing. I'll record my screen in just a moment.

That would be great thanks. I have recreated the flashing issue but it does still work as expected. 

Would you be able to enable logging in the Batch Utility form to see if there is anything useful being reported.

I'm so glad it's Friday. I just noticed that I am working in my VDI, and it does NOT have the update. Installed update and now it's working. SMH.
