mmodification of xsl file to hide useless list for html clash report

Hello everybody,

I try to modify some part of my html clash report, specificly the long and useless list of the selection sets I made,  at the begining of the report. (see the "Gestion de conflit" file below.)

To clean that, I try to modify the xsl file named : "clashs_report_html.xsl", infortunedly even after erasing nearly everything in the xsl code, it still there... You can also find  below my last xsl code with nearly everything erase inside.

Is anyone know how I can fix it ?

Thanks in advance,

Hello,

Thanks for the file you sent

I tried to run some clashes detections with Navisworks 2018 using different rules and selection  but the HTML reports I created didn’t include the selection sets definition.

Could you send me a Navisworks file with your clash settings already defined ?

In that case I would probably be able to reproduce the issue and then I’ll be able to try to edit the report templates to remove the unwanted part of the report.

Thanks again.

Hello Guillaume,

Here a navisworks file I had the issue with :

Maybe it's not relevant, but I work with the 2017 version of navisworks.

Thank you very much for your help !

Hello,

Sorry for the delay in replying your question.

I think that the easiest way to achieve that (removing the selection set definition from the report) would be to edit the html file after its generation.

You’ll find attached a picture that shows what should be removed from the html file after editing it with a text editor.

After that you’ll end up with a report without the selection set definition.

Thanks for helping me,

I already knew how to edit html file to delete the set defintion list in the report, but thanks for people that don't know ! 🙂

I was wondering that a more optimised solution could be find, but it's apparently to complicated and time-consuming ^^

Thanks anyway,

Have a good day !
