If you are unfamiliar with this namespace/method, then I urge you to go check out the post on my findings. It won't enable you to take control of reloading a single entity or anything, but it may very well become your go to method for interface interactions in the future. It basically allows you to operate most of the Navisworks UI through command strings with a single line of code. I found it and thought it was pretty cool; thought I'd share.
