This is what appears on my computer from Navisworks. Its the only program that the image looks like this.

hi,

You have posted your "error report" in a forum where the topic is Navisworks API - (API is short for Application Programming Interface) - which in turn mean that in this forum we discuss topics to do with coding add-on applications for Navisworks.

If you want help with your Navisworks error I recommend that you create a support ticket with Autodesk technical support at https://knowledge.autodesk.com/contact-support/technical-support

 

that being said - the problem you have is that your graphics driver software needs to be updated - you need to go start system information and check which graphics card you have in your PC and then you go to the vendor website and download the latest driver for your specific model of graphics card.
