Understanding COM

Hi,

I maged to work myself through Lab08.

One thing I don't fully grap is the logic behind the numberings I see.

F.e: InwOaPath3 & nwGUIPropertyNode2. How do I have to understand the '03' & '2' here?

I tried changing this was not accepted. Is it just something to accept?

As said don't fully understand the logic behind it.

Any'one has answers?

"object" is the original base version of the object

"object1" was later added and it got back over combability with "object" plus some extra features

"object2" was added even later and supports the same as "object" and "object1" plus some extra features
