NW Simulate 2016 API Documentation?

I just installed Simulate 2016 and did not see an API folder.  Is there a separate download for the API documentation and examples?  Can I use Visual Studio 2013 for Navisworks 2106, or do I need to use an earlier version?

The api folder is available with SDK package which is a separate installer now:

both VS2012, 2013 can work with Navisworks 2016 (.NET Framework 4.5)

I need the documentation for the Navisworks 2018 COM API.  Do you have an up to date link?
